Delivery

Orders placed for delivery to a Mainland UK address are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked which provides typically a two day delivery. A signature is required so please remember that we can deliver to your place of work, a neighbour or a relative if this helps. A change of delivery address after the consignment has been shipped will incur an additional cost of £15.00

Orders up to 15kgs - £3.99 (Royal Mail)

Orders over 15kgs - £8.99 (Initial City Link)


Overseas orders will be quoted at cost and confirmed with you prior to despatch.

Mainland UK:

We aim to despatch all orders within 72 hours of receipt (weekends and Bank holidays excluded) Should we be unable to adhere to this you will be notified by telephone or email with an expected despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

International:

Delivery will be made using Airsure or Initial City Link. Shipping charges will be confirmed with you before your order is proccessed.

Returns

Unwanted Goods:

We are happy to exchange unsuitable or unwanted items as long as they are returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with the receipt and within ten days of delivery. In such circumstances we will not refund either the original postage or your return postage. We do not send goods out on approval.


Faulty Goods:

If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please supply us with a copy of your delivery note stating the fault and send it back to us with the item and its original packaging, within ten working days. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate.


Goods Damaged in Transit

The contents of your order should be checked immediately after delivery. Please contact us straightaway if there are any problems, make sure you either check the contents whilst carrier is present or sign unchecked. Point out any damaged boxes to the courier and make sure there is a note of any such damage on the docket before the courier leaves.. If we receive no such notification within seven days of delivery the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
